I am 32 years of age with 10 years of experience as a certified nurse assistant with exceptional skills. I've cared for many patients in every specialty.

I'm looking for a part-time position in the Appleton/Menasha/Neenah area. I am CBRF and med certified, I am stated certified for CNA but not federally. I have a drivers license and insurance so no issues there. Am willing to travel reasonable distance. Looking for minimum pay starting at $16.

I have a bubbly personality and am easy to get along with. I'm attracted to being a caregiver because of family and friends needing an extra hand around the house. I enjoying caregiving because you are able to interact with many different people and learn 1 on 1 with the client to learn who they are. One personal achievement I am proud of would be my placement at nationals for my speaking competition.

I started caregiving when i was 16 because I wanted to one day become a nurse which is what i will be going to school for. I am very compassionate and caring which is what drew me to this field. I always loved the idea of being able to make a difference in someone else's life. Being able to care for them and overall be there for them is what i love to do. I always try to build a connection with them because i believe thats most important for there to be trust and an understanding. Hello! I'm Amber! I'm 38 years young and have 2 boys my oldest is 16 and my youngest is my special guardian angel. My inspiration to be a caregiver was my family. At the age of 38 my dad had the Widow Maker heart attack. At that point, not knowing if my dad was going to survive is when I realized being in the medical field is where I was meant to be. After my dad got better, my grandma started showing signs of Alzheimer's and Dementia. A very short time later she passed. This was a very difficult time but it was also when being a caregiver made the most sense. In 2016 I attended Fox Valley Technical College and started CNA classes. Along with my CNA I also have all of my CBRF certifications and medication administration. As of January 2022 I'm back at FVTC to further my medical career studying for my Certified Medical Assistant and in the summer I'll be adding EMT-Basic as well! I am truly blessed to have my amazing fiance and my family as my support system and personal cheer squad! I love what I do and I look forward to the next chapter in the book of Me!

I love being a CNA. Have worked as a CNA for 16 yrs. In nursing homes. Adult living facilities. In home care. And privately for family member. In home care is the most awarding for me because I believe everyone should be able to be in there homes as long as possible.

I became a Certified Nursing Assistant because I have always wanted to go into the medical field. When starting the program I realized is that I cared for people and they cared for me as well. I engage with every person that I take care of as if it were myself or family member, making sure that all their needs and the needs of the family are taken care of and they are happy and feel a sense of relief and comfort when they have the right person as a caregiver. I enjoy every aspect of being a caregiver but what I personally enjoy is making them happy, talkative, peaceful and special. I just don't take care of their main cares I take care of the person and what is meaningful to them. A personal achievement that I have had is continuing on for over 7 years as a CNA and finishing school soon as a RN. I am a very outgoing, happy, get what needs to be done diligently and timley, while still making sure that the people I am around are content and happy with the environment and my company as well. I enjoy getting to know people and their experiences and allowing them to blossom under the correct care. I take pride in my work, go the extra mile and still make time to have a good healthy family life as well.

My name is Jennifer and The Lord laid on my heart approximately 1 1/2 years that I should become a caregiver/companion. My best friends mother is 82 years old, still lives in her own home and is now beginning to need some extra hands in order to do so, which makes her day a little brighter and allows for her to remain living in her home. She is a very important part of my life and has been for over 25 years. I know how important it is for her to be able to remain as independent as possible and be home. Without the help she receives weekly from in home care providers, this wouldn't be possible. She gets the extra help she needs and doesn't have to feel she is being a burden (as she puts it) on friends and family. I see how it makes such a huge difference in her life and i would like to be that person that can do the same for others. I try and visit with her weekly to check in on her as well as to chit chat and have done so for several years. I recently made a complete career change and went from a life of numbers and customer service, to the health care field. I just successfully completed the Certified Nursing Assistant Program through Aurora Medical Center in Oshkosh, WI. and am in the process of scheduling my State Testing in order to become certified and added top the board of nursing. I am a very caring and compassionate person that also has a sense of humor and believes that a smile goes a long way!!
