Hi my name is Jason Prach. I have been a caregiver both in a hospital, and home setting for 20 years or more. Being patient and caring along being thorough goes along way in resdient care. What attracted me to caregiving is giving the companionship residents need and showing you care. Being in a hospital and learning so much in an ER setting really helped me in my experience and im most proud that I had those experiences in a high stress environment.
