I have known since I was a child that becoming a caregiver was important to me, as I got older I knew it was a part of me! To be able to help just one person maintain quality of living or exceed they're expectations of they're quality of life is both what Ive strived for and put my heart into from the beginning of my career . My mother and father both were CNA's and worked in nursing facilities until they retired, 3 of my aunts and 2 of my uncles also were caregivers, Caregiving has always been my passion. I have been in the healthcare system for 20+ years working as a CNA & Personal home health Aid. I started as a CNA working in nursing/facility)when I was 16 years old. Then I started working in their homes one on one, I'm very passionate about being a caregiver it is an important part of who I am as an individual! I feel every person has their own individual needs, I have enjoyed working with each and in their own homes to meet their own personal needs.
