Medication Management: Ensuring medications are taken correctly, on time, and refilled as needed. Meal Preparation and Nutrition: Planning, preparing, and serving nutritious meals, considering dietary restrictions and preferences. Companionship and Emotional Support: Providing social interaction, emotional support, and reducing feelings of loneliness or isolation. Household Tasks: Assisting with light housekeeping, laundry, errands, and transportation. Health Monitoring: Observing and reporting changes in the individual's health or condition to family or healthcare providers.
