Assisted patients in achieving health goals working on weight loss and a healthy mindset, and setting micro habits to obtain overall wellness. One achievement as a caregiver that I am very proud of is his helping a patent think outside the box and empowering him to overcome the obstacles to feed himself independently for the first time at 28 years old.
