    What makes me a great caregiver to me are I will go above and beyond for my residents a are whomever I work for. I am a perfectionist down to the last detail. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is simply just the pure love of being able to help someone out period. Being able to see my 1st patient my oldest son see 16 and knowing it was partly my aiding in his care that got him to this milestone in his life is my personal achievement.
