I became a CNA in 2002 my mom just passed away my whole family are filled with girls and their doctors CNA and nurses I love hearing the stories they would tell about their jobs and the good people that they came in contact with being a CNA is very rewarding to me because you get to help people you get to show your kindness and you see the happiness and appreciation that you put on their face and in their heart I'm very kind trustworthy and very observant I leave no job undone if I have to leave a situation I'm done I will make sure that I contact whoever I need to contact to let them know I started as a CNA on a med-surg floor and Virginia at a hospital I've worked in nursing homes and I'm currently working as a home health aide I know how to check vitals I know how to check blood sugars I also know how to take weights range of motion adl's and proper wound care if needed I enjoy what I do my accomplishments that I'm very proud of is I have two beautiful children and I'm a single mom I didn't let that discourage me I raise my babies to the best of my ability I'm also proud to be a CNA and I kept pushing from 2002 to 2018 and I haven't gave up I love my job
