I have a genuine love for what I do. I not only provide care, but companionship, and understanding of disease processes. I take the time to educate the patient and family, until their concerns are understood. I'm patient and tolerant. Experienced with total bed bound care, as well as just slight assistance with home care. I've worked and cared for MDs who've entrusted me with their care. Your family will be treated as I do mine. As for my personal goals, I'm taking a break from nursing school but I plan to finish up my RN. Only 2 more terms to go, but financially I have to work and save to finish thoes, but they are goals I will meet one day. Other than that I enjoy reading, fishing, swimming, traveling, cooking, and ancient histories. My greatest personal achievements are so many, I've been honored who's who in school as well as who's who among working professionals, VFW voice of democracy (public speaking), and numerous State awards in school competitions. I'm also a Music and Psychology major and CCNA ( Cisco networking ) certified.... computers. I guess I'm the Jill of all trades. Lol. Live in out residential care on Dr. RL 'Bob'Johnson. Cared for him, bathing, feeding, occasionally took him out to eat which he enjoyed, watched movies, dressing, incontinent care, medication management, all shifts. Read to him because he was a very intelligent man who still continued to "work" daily, went for walks, anything he enjoyed to keep him comfortable and live a normal Kidd until his passing. I enjoyed him and his family.
