I became a caregiver because I have a passion for helping people in need; I've been doing this for several years. I feel I have the ability to empathize with people, to put myself in their shoes and have the understanding of what they are experiencing and base this upon my own personal experiences. In the past, I have worked in the Community, assisting people in their homes; I've worked in Hospice, and under the supervision of an RN, cared for patients in their final journey, interacted with the patient's families, doctors, nurses, volunteers, assisted with admissions/discharges,etc. I am a licensed CAN and I look forward to meeting and working with you.
