I enjoyed helping others. Driving & serving my community is rewarding. Being disabled myself. Giving hope & encouragement to someone facing health crisis.Which left a spirit of Hopelessness. They were independent ;sickness made them become dependent individuals.I want to help in their transition.By helping with character traits. By me displaying hope, discipline, consistency & determination is a daily agenda for me & my company. Being a Caregiver/ Entrepreneur.Black owned was a great achievement. Now as of April 23,2018 I had a new hip installed.I endured!

I love being a Certified Nursing Assistant. While Nursing is my major. I'm 21 years old and found out helping others is something I love to do while wanting to become a Nurse. Seeing the smiles on patients faces, being able to help them in anyway that I can, being able to communicate with them, giving them hugs in the morning just to see a smile on there faces or, fixing them a glass of coffee, seeing how I can make them happy is awesome.
I worked privately, and did Home Healthcare for 4 years before becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant . Working with the Elderly, and also specializing with Adults, and Children with Specail Needs, Alzheimers, and Dementia patients. Also experienced with Paralyzed , and Partially Paralyzed patients. Experienced with all ADL's, ROM's, and Transfers. I also cook, clean, do laundry, making sure that any patient I have makes it to Dr. Appointments safely, and happily doing grocery shopping, and any household products needed. It is truly is my passion. I have done Facility work, but prefer Home Healthcare being able to take more time caring for each patient with kindness and compassion. I am skilled, and have personal, and professional references upon request having 6 years experience!
What makes me an excellent caregiver...I am genuinely friendly and compassionate person. I love working with the elderly especially because you can learn so much from their experiences and life stories. My personal experience that really drove me to continually care for people was my only sister who passed away March 2015. She had renal failure and other health problems. I cared for her at our mother's home until her death. My mother was not strong enough to do all the care as far as her feeding tube and giving her medicine through it. Changing her briefs bathing and all other care. My bond with her was very strong and she always told me that I would work with people like her...when i was younger I did not understand but when she passed away it dawned on me. My sister was so free hearted loving funny and smart. I got my certification in memory of her and plan on furthering my education into Registered Nursing. I treat all my patients like my family and the way i would care for my own. Family is everything to me and being there beside them is even more special. Caregiving started from the womb with me that's what my mom tells me...thanks for allowing me to share
