I started in the medical field at the age of 16, because Iknew that that was what i wanted to do. I continued on when I went to the air force working with my fellow soldiers, when I came back home I have worked in Drs office , and ultimately working for elderly and Hospice. It is very fulfilling to know that I can make a difference and put a smile on someones face just by being there. Helping people is my PASSION

I like making someone smile and doing little things to make a person's day better. I take pride in attention to detail. I don't want a desk job; I like being physical in my job and using my body as well as my brain. I'm seeking a career with growing opportunities. I'm a caregiver who is actively engaged in providing care and needs to another such as a chronically ill, disabled or aged family member or friend. While another caregiver finds themselves in this role with a lack of training, support, or compensation.

I really enjoy helping people. I especially, enjoy helping eldery people. I have worked in nursing for 20 years. I love people and love to help other's. I am very reliable, dependable, trustworthy, lovable and compassionate . I have so much training . Here's just a few of my training and skills; Alzheimer/dementia, transfers, medication reminder, feeding, run errands, dressing, baths, light housekeeping etc.

I am a mom of 5 and very much a family type of person. I became a caregiver/ Cna for the passion I have for taking care of others. It's my calling I love people and helping out where I can. I enjoy the elderly and listening to the stories they tell me. I enjoy cooking, swimming, dancing, and my family. I am a loving, caring, reliable, and compassionate person.

I'm a 38 year old woman who has been in home health care for over 10 years. I have worked with many types of people over the years; such as - children with autism, ex disabled vets, and grandparents who just need a bit of extra help around the house. I don't smoke, I don't do drugs, my car is fully insured as am I as a field nurse. (LPN with IV ans CPR) I take care of your loved one; as I would my loved one. I am currently working a field nurse but need something to supplement that. Depending on what your families needs are, my hourly rate may vary.

If Someone asked me to tell them who I am by my life experience, I would have to say I've always been a Caregiver. In fact I really think that God put within me the traits needed to fulfill what my purpose in life would be, to Care for people. Empathy and Compassion for the struggles and needs of people, come from the difficult times I've had throughout my life and gratitude for those who came along to mentor and offer compassion to me. Being a Caregiver has been a natural progression from being a caregiver first to my family... Three of my Grand Parents had Alzheimer's disease, I helped provided care for all three. I have three grown children and five grandchildren, they all live in different states now with their families. When my children were young I operated my own State Licensed Home Daycare for many years. I have been a substitute teacher and teachers aid for grades K-7. I received my Teachers certificate from Moody Bible Institute 1981. I also home schooled my own children for a few years. The final decision to use this passion for people and pursue the training to be a professional caregiver, came at a crisis point in my life when I became the caregiver and legal guardian/conservator for my youngest son who at the age of 24 was hit by a van and was hospitalized for 2 1/2 months for a Traumatic Brain Injury. He was in a coma for a month with two years of rehabilitation after leaving the hospital. Going through that traumatic experience with my son also put me around many other people experiencing life changing events, whom I was able to help by encouraging and giving information I learned along the way. After my son got out of the hospital I went back to school and took training to be a Certified Medical Assistant, I have been using that experience, training and knowledge for the last 7 years as a in home caregiver in MI and FL.

I am 44 I love my life and I love the lord I am plesent and honest and careing i got into this field of work because of my granmother she passed away from lung cancer and i love to see a smile on the elderlys face if i have done that then i have accomplished my goal.I am very good at what i do and very effective and efficant.

I am a certified CNA and I am certified in CPR. I have worked with homecare patients for over 10 years. my experience with patients is dementia ,Alzheimer's ,Parkinson's, and retired veterans. I enjoy helping people with activities of daily living, I love to hear the stories of peoples lives and how they got where they-are today And I love animals don't mind working in a home where there's far babies.
