Some of personality traits are I have empathy for others . I have great sense of humor . I have 6 children so I have experience in taking care of others and a lot of patience and I like to see others do well It gives me joy to see others be successful and achieve their goals. I have all skills needed to take care of individual daily living skills . What attracted me to being a caregiver is I am a people person I love helping others especially ones that can't do it on their own . It brings me joy knowing that I helped someone achieve their goals and we can share that experience together . Being a caregiver is something that comes natural to me. As a young girl I watched my mom care for our elderly relatives and neighbors. I was always happy to assist her with helping others who couldn't help themselves. I enjoy showing great companionship to my patients. I love listening to their life stories, it helps me with getting to know and understand them. I treat patients how I would want someone to treat me or my loved ones if we were in the condition. The best reward I get from being a caregiver is knowing that I was able to help give someone a better quality of life because they're no longer able to do it on their own. I always be sure to treat my patients with respect and dignity.

I first started working with elders within my monastery taking care of their basic needs and taking them back and forth to doctor's appointments and following their doctors care of plan. That transmitted to my professional work life as a certified nursing aide, as I work in the nursing homes and also in private home settings. My personality is very mature but fun loving and intellectual with always a smile , I got into caregiving because I always loved helping people no matter their situation was or how difficult it would be I always liked a challenge but I think I enjoy the career for getting to have more and more experience to help me with my future career.
