What makes me a great caregiver my heart is about the client and they care and well bein and making sure they are cared for properly and have a companionship with there making it about them letting them know they are still loved and no matter what I'm there for any needs to be met by them I became a caregiver because I use to go to work with my mom and watch her care for her clients and I always told myself I wanted to be someone who could be there for someone who could not be there for themselves and I want them to know I'm there for them and they are like family to me in anyways to be I being doing this over 20 yrs I have well experience caring for patients in there homes in the assist facilities and nursing home home I even worked in group homes I know how to use the hoyer lift and transfers meal prep dealing with medication reminders and doing the medication ADL for the clients cooking, cleaning , grooming went to the Doctor appointments and having a companionship with them letting them know it's about them and not me because my duty is to make sure they are comfortable

[2] high skills care for critical cases such as ALS, PSP, stroke or quadriplegia. Bed bound/immobile care, wound care assistance. Feeding tubes, med management, glucose checks and insulin injections, Foley, super pubic catheters, colostomy care.

I became a caregiver because, I like taking care of the elder as I use to do for my grandmother. As they grow older they are more cheerful and like someone to be around them. i have achieve a lot as a caregiver, making my residents warm, comfortable and happy. I am more concern about anyone I take care of as they need us most as ever.

I love to be a caregiver because my grandparents was very old and I took good care of them ,I love to be around Senior citizen because I love them so much also love old stories. I am a person that care for people. my grandparents was very old I decided to take that step and take good care of them . And also I am a mother of 4 kids I know how it is when people don't take good care of your loved ones,For that reason I put myself into that position to take good care of people.

I love hearing about older people sharing there story about life and how they overcome things. I'm proud of getting my associates doing the lockdown of Covid

I enjoy helping people less fortunate, its about them and making their lives better. I enjoy reading, gardening, walking And I am most proudest of my 5 children 2 in high school 2 in college and 1 graduated in 2015 from College.

I'm very passionate and a great companion. My grandmother passed away with cancer when I was 15 years old. I helped take care of her also, I always said when I get older "I'm going to take care of the elderly " been doing it since 2006. I love it plus get to meet some interesting people and their family. I love what I do and can be a great asset to your love one.
