Right upfront I want all to know that I am fully vaccinated. I am a happy person, love jokes, rock and roll along with the big band era. I quilt, make toothbrush rag rugs, do canning. I enjoy doing crafts and sometimes get my client involved in some type of projects to work with their hands and minds. Most seems to enjoy it. As a caregiver I always make sure that my client is clean and dry, treat them as a family member. I do like a clean kitchen and bathroom. And truthfully I don't dust like I should. I found that I really enjoyed taking care of people. I am a person who sees a problem, I will think on it and then find a solution to fix it. Love animals. The achievement I am most proud of is 4 years ago I quit smoking after 50 years of smoking. Over the years I have found that one really important thing in being a great caregiver is to listen because sometimes that is what the client is really wanting at that time.
