I like to treat them as if they're a family member because I would want any caregiver to treat my family member the same. Treat them with respect even tho they have a certain disability they are still an human being. Treat them with love even though we don't know it but having a pure heart and love is all they look for and wants not just someone taking care of them. Just them having a smile on their face when they see me makes my day because I know I feel wanted in their presence.
