Hello, My name is Olivia. I've been working in home health care since 2013. I'm very punctual, honest, patient, hardworking and dedicated to helping the elderly. What I really enjoy about being a caregiver is simply being there for them, talking to them, helping them accomplish and take care of their needs. I'm a very dependable, honest, caring and loving person. One of the personal achievements I am proud of is helping a elderly lady become more comfortable in her home and helping her feel like herself. She recently had a major accident and have been experiencing anxiety and trouble sleeping. I would perform exercises with her to control her breathing and it helps sooth her and she's able to calm down so she's able to have a good nights rest. I have experience working with dementia, Alzheimer's, stroke, depression, sundowning, anxiety, companionship, running errands and taking customers to and from appointments. I enjoy doing what it takes to make sure my patients are happy , all duties have been fulfilled and they feel loved and cared for.

Some of my tasks that had to be completed were light housekeeping. I would do a light meal prep for breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner. I assist patients with lift assist, getting them dressed, med reminder and companion. I would help the patient with incontinence, showers, etc. I would help assist with running errands and taking patient to dr appointments.
