* Obtain any new hire paperwork, clinic forms and documents needed. * Assist/treat injured employees, obtain documents needed and set up telemed visits with the doctor, fax over any documentation needed before visit, and send out email notifying employee has met with dr and let the supervisors know what restrictions are needed. * Create, update and input trainings into computer for everyone. * Maintaining up-to-date training, medical records, ME physical (DOTS), Heat stress test and give pre- auth to be seen at concentra for other services. * Perform finger sticks for glucose checks, drug test collections and obtain vitals. * Assist employee with work comp documentation and complete incident reports for investigation. * Schedule clinic days for employees who are due for ME Physicals or Heat Stress follow up from spreadsheet. * Complete inventory check for first aid kits and orange medical bags. * Complete inventory for clinic medicine and equipment needed.

* Perform routine clinical and administrative duties under the direct supervision of a physician or other health care professional. * Perform many administrative duties, including answering telephones, greeting patients, updating and filing patients' medical records, filling out insurance forms, handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, arranging for clinic admission and laboratory services, and handling billing and book keeping. * Duties vary and may include taking medical histories and recording vital signs, explaining treatment procedures to patients, preparing patients for examination, and assisting during diagnostic examinations. * Collect and prepare laboratory specimens or perform basic laboratory tests on the premises, dispose of contaminated supplies, and sterilize medical instruments. * Instruct patients about medications and special diets, prepare and administer medications as directed, authorize drug refills as directed, telephone prescriptions to a pharmacy, draw blood, prepare patients for X-rays, take electrocardiograms, remove sutures, and change dressings and also facilitate communication between the patient and other health care professionals.
