Having a big heart & great customer service. It allows me to communicate with my residents, & help them feel safe & comfortable when under my care. I've always been such a giving person & the fact that i am able to care for people who can't care for themselves makes me feel fulfilled. Seeing the smiles on my residents faces knowing that I'm part of the reason for it. Being able to work in healthcare for such a long time. Not many people can do the job i do, it's hard at times but in the end it's always rewarding.
