What first led me to become a caregiver first was when I lost my Dad. I was living in my home country then and my dad got admitted due to cancer. I felt helpless, wasn't able to do anything for him. I was heartbroken because of that. Another was my grandmother, I was young and didn't know what to do then. I feel like I need to do something different and that's what led me in to becoming a caregiver. I love making sure that my patient are safe and are cared for. My most favorite part of being a caregiver is grooming, personal hygiene. Making sure that my patient are being clean, and taken care of. I feel like this is a field I want to make a change in. For me it's very rewarding when my patient appreciate what I do for them.
