I have 20 plus years being a caregiver. I have worked in nursing homes, assisted living, and home care. I enjoy doing home care cause your love ones are able to stay in their home. At the age of 15 years old my first job I was a house keeper at a nursing home. I made many friends with the residents that lived there, and from that moment on I knew I was meant for caring for others. I pay very close to detail and I listen to my residents. I not only have a work relationship, but a personal relationship as well. They become family to me. I do my best to give the care, love, and respect that each of my residents should not only get, but deserve. I have worked with the elderly and children as well. With Alzheimer and dementia residents too.
