I chose this career because I was once deemed to never walk again due to a horrific 18 wheeler accident in 2008. Miraculously, I recovered with only a slight limp on my right side. 14 reconstructive surgeries over a span of 5 years drove me to cherishing every moment of being mobile. I wanted to give back and be support for those less fortunate. I believe that applying myself advantageously to ones that need or want assistance in everyday life, improves their QUALITY of life. Especially terminally ill individuals. It is scientifically proven that a better quality of life will lengthen life expectancy.
