Hi, My name is Jameria Aaliah Caraway I have been working in the nursing field for about 2 years now. I have experience with knee replacements, dementia, hospice patients ect, I've always had a thing for working in the nursing field But, what got me started with working in the nursing field was my mother she has worked in the nursing field for quite some time now, And my experience started with the elderly. I love helping the older community because, you never know what could happen that can be one of your loved once and you would always want them to have the best care. I am proud of myself because as a high school student I worked a full time job at the nursing home, took college classes and still made it to school even though it was very challenging.
