My decision to become a care giver began when I decided to become a nurse aid and gained all my caregiver experience working in a nursing home. That employment gave me the opportunity to really gain the knowledge of caring for my residents in every aspect of their daily lives and tending to their every need I was able to interact with each and every one and learn how to adjust to different needs be patient, caring ,loving and most of all understanding to all their needs. I learned alot on how imperative it was that I be there for every single one of the residents and how essential my presence and ability to help them was . I really enjoy meeting new clients and learn from them it gives me a great sense of gratitude to know that I can be of assistance to them and how I can be of service in any given way. I wouldn't change my career for anything, Especially knowing that I have worked And assisted my own family members my grandparents. all this experience has served my true purpose in life to help others in need and gain the responsibility knowledge to care other people in need.
