My personality traits include my smile is contagious. I like to be able to light the room for others, not just myself. This is good for Caregiving because at times residents get down, and I love being able to cheer them up. I'm attracted to caregiving because of my grandpa, he needed assistance in his last times and I loved helping him, so I wanted to spread that love and continue. I enjoy the joy caregiving has brought me. I love seeing a resident get stronger and tell me their life stories, it's truly amazing. One personal achievement I'm proud of, is I overcame my own fears of not doing good at caregiving. I see myself as truly one of the most hard working and I'm so beyond grateful for that.
