Hello, my name is Adriana Garza. I have been in the home health industry for at least 10 years now. I have worked for many clients with each having different and very specific needs. I help each client meet those expectations and assist them to the best of my ability. My personality traits and expertise that help me be a great caregiver includes, I am dedicated, punctual, professional, supportive, encouraging, kind, caring, loving, patient, and I am passionate about caring for each individuals needs. What attracted me to being passionate in becoming a caregiver was due to me taking care of my older sister whom was diagnosed with cancer. I found myself caring for her and helping her with all of her needs. This helped give her some kind of relief and comfort while she was battling cancer. It was very rewarding and comforting that my help taking care of her played a huge role for her to live as happy and as comfortable she could be without the additional worries of how was she going to manage with her daily tasks of living. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is giving my clients the comfort and care that is needed to help give them a good quality of life and to keep them happy and healthy. My personal achievements would be, having the talent, the patience, the experience, and the heart that it takes to help people that are in need. Another personal achievement would be earning my associates degree in Business Administration. I will continue to strive for excellence and helping individuals if given the opportunity.
