My background includes advanced patient care training, and I am a Registered Phlebotomist and Medical Assistant, giving me clinical experience beyond that of a traditional CNA. My passion for caregiving became deeply personal when I cared for my 95-year-old mother for six years. During that time, I experienced firsthand how difficult it can be to find a compassionate, knowledgeable, and dependable caregiver. That experience shaped the way I care for every client--with the same patience, respect, and dedication I gave my own mother. I believe every individual deserves to remain as independent, comfortable, and engaged as possible while living in a safe and supportive environment. I strive to provide not only excellent physical care, but also companionship, encouragement, and peace of mind for both my clients and their families. I offer flexible scheduling, including daytime, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts. Whether you need ongoing assistance, respite care for a family caregiver, or short-term help while recovering from an illness or surgery, I am here to help. I take great pride in being punctual, dependable, and attentive to each client's individual needs. Hello, I am Melinda and I just love helping people in need. I am very thorough with my duties, I am friendly and a definite people person. I have 7 years of 24hr caregiving. I have been caring for a gentleman that had a brain aneurism. I fix him wonderful breakfast, lunch and dinner. I wash all his clothes, take him to drs appointments, make his bed.
