I am a compassionate person, interested in providing the best companionship, care and health support to my clients. I started providing caregiving part-time 21 years ago while pregnant with my second child, and then moved to the corporate world and worked there for over 20 years. I decided to listen to the calling of my heart to go back and do the work that gives my heart and soul satisfaction - providing compassionate care. I love natural remedies, natural herbs, meditation, yoga, walks in sunshine (even rain if not too cold) and sharing these with others so they too can benefit from the wonders I discover using these natural remedies. I love studying and reading up on health and healthy remedies, have taken a few courses on line, on nursing, nutrition, the benefits of meditation, healthy eating and other helpful healing modalities.
