My name is Jim Rodriguez Jr. Moving into a new career takes a lot of patience. I first moved to Dallas, Texas two years ago and didn't know anything about a big city. Living on an Indian Reservation my whole life did not prepare me for something this big. I was scared because most of these jobs require experience. Moving into this care giving field gives me hope and pleasure to say that i made it this far. I may not have the experience but i do have the motivation and patience to learn about your loved ones. Love talking to elders as i learn from their stories and its always good to have an ear to listen to. I am a great listener with a great, trustworthy personality.
