I am a loving, caring, passionate, God Fearing woman who likes to see others smile and help make a difference in others lives where I can. Help them feel special and cared about. Prior to my grandmother's passing I had helped care for her there at her nursing home, in the hospital and at home. She had dementia, arthritis, incontinence. I would talk with her, read to her, help feed her, comfort/reassured her, just listened to her when she talked about whatever she chose to talk about. Because of her and others I saw alone in nursing home, I want to work with seniors being a caregiver/companion. I also have one month experience caring for 2 disabled adults in a group home.
