Hi I'm sara, I'm 25 years old with a strong and motivated mindset. I am always coming up with creative ways to put a smile on my clients faces! Keeping their spirits high has always made a positive impact on them. I started out as a student at a small facility in malakoff tx, I got certified almost 3 years ago and learned quite a bit becoming a CNA. I believe one of the reasons I am a great caregiver is because I take my time, encourage and follow safety protocols when working with the clients. I keep it professional and I know how to keep what could seem like a bad day a great day! I have worked in nursing homes, hospitals, home healthcare and hospice. I am currently working towards Enrolling in TVCC and getting my nursing degree this summer. I'm so happy to be aboard on the Carelinx team, I look forward to working with your families(-:

1. What actually makes me a great caregiver is my willingness to serve others and I believe it's my calling. 2. I became a caregiver because, I have great compassion for individuals in need of personal one on one care. 3. Their are several reasons why I like being a caregiver. The first reason is that I am able to be there for individuals that are in need of help. Another reason I enjoy being a caregiver is because, my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer and after the cancer she went into remission. Shortly afterwards, she was diagnosed with dementia. Recently she was diagnosed with Parkinson. I eventually had to move her into my home and I realized how self fulfilling and rewarding it is to serve others with sincere humility. I feel that as a caregiver each individuals that I care for should receive the best of care, compassion, and the best quality of care that life has to offer. 4. My most greatest achievement is yet to come because, I'm looking to achieve more tomorrow than I have today. Life is a lifelong learning process and when you think that you have achieved your greatest achievement there is still room left for more improvement.
