What helped me become a great caregiver was learning about the importance of being caring and patience. I have build a great bond with my past patient as she felt a sense of trust and care knowing that she was placed in good hands near me. What attracted me to being a caregiver was the fact that my mother is also a caregiver and has been doing it for years. I always thought her job was interesting being that she always had a loving heart of helping others which she taught me to do the same. The thing that I enjoy most about being a caregiver is being a companion, doing anything to make their day and help uplift their spirits. A personal achievement that I am proud of would be building a great connection with my client and overcoming challenges that I will try my hardest to complete. I don't give up on things too easily as I do believe there is always a way to get through them.
