I am compassionate and patient. I have a good sense of humour and always want to bring smiles on people's faces. I am detail and goal oriented and loves playing the role of advocacy for those I love and work with. Taking care of and supporting my blind and sick grand father taught me the real essence of life. He always appreciated me and made me feel I can always bring smiles on people's faces and give them a reason to live by providing care support. As a caregiver, I enjoy meeting different people with different characters and care plan. I've always enjoyed bringing smiles on people's faces and giving them hope. I have received tons of appreciation from clients and families , including thank you letters and gift cards. I have always provided exceptional support through positive interaction and companionship. Being a caregiver has made me become more respectful and humble. Providing care to those who can no longer take care of themselves while maintaining their human dignity, always makes me feel accomplished. Though challenging, the caregiver job can also much more rewarding.

I found myself needing to care for my mom who fell broke her neck. She became quadriplegic. To keep her from going to a nursing home. My only daughter was 2. My oldest brother needed my help, no question I was there. These were very good years. I have worked in commission sales and real estate for over 20 years. I used a Hoyer lift it was invaluable, people must learn about lifting equipment. So not to injure their backs. I prefer to work in Denton with in 4 miles. I have a pleasing attitude and look for the same I understand difficult times and prefer not to dwell on them. I try to look towards more positive endeavors. I am open to helping care for a special needs person.
