Hi Ive been in the medical field in various levels of patient care over 35 years. I have prenursing training and education , Im a registered Phlebotomist and Medical Assistant, much more than a CNA. After caring for my 95 year old mom for 6 years; the realization needing an xtra hand, if nothing else to get a break , was challenging to locate a professional quality caregiver that actually knew what they were doing, and were reliable. It's important to have a good fit with your reliable caregiver. In order to achieve quality care, the well-being , help maintain as much independence as possible, and mentally stimulation; plus provide comfortably safe environment is crucial. I offer a variety of shifts, days, and nights, over-night and weekends /holidays stays, to assist, and provide that much needed break to the full time family caregivers. Especially if you are on your own and need a helping hand till you recover, I'm there for you. I enjoy making a difference helping those that really need it. If it will help you stay home versus a skilled facility I'll be there to assist where I can. Hello! I Love being a caregiver. I am a certified PCA, I have training in HHA and in HCA and have 9 years experience. I am also CPR and AED certified. I have extensive experience in memory care as in Alzheimer, Dementia and stroke and much more. I provide assistance with daily living which includes reminders, personal grooming, physical therapy, meals, medication bathing feeding/tub feeding. I also try to provide a life of fulfillment which gives each individual an opportunity to have some companionship. I strive to maximum the quality of life to each individual in need of assistance by providing personalize high premier quality care that promotes a safe, healthy and caring environment. My motto is I cannot control the quantity of life but I can control the quality of life so my goal is to serve everyone with the premier care to give each individual the feeling of belonging. As being a caregiver each individual that I have the pleasure of serving knows that their respect and dignity is at the forefront of me serving them. Serving others in need is what attracted me to being a caregiver. It gives me a genuine sense of joy knowing that I'm able and willing to being that helping hand. Everyone is not built to be a caregiver and there are caregivers that are not there for the right reasons.
