I'm retired so to speak because I was deemed disabled after a few bad back surgeries, but that doesn't stop me. I've worked with Elder care before and loved it. I took care of my step father until his death in 2015. I love to hear their stories and life experiences as well. Even as a little girl, my best friend and I would walk to the nursing home and go visit just random people. They would always save their candy for us!!!! I still remember that and I was like 5 or 6 until I got to b a teenager. After high school, I worked daycare for about 8 years and then got my Commercial Property and Casualty licenses. I worked in that field until my failed back surgeries began. I deal with it every day, but it does not define me. I'm able to do household things like laundry, cook, etc. I'm excited to start working part time with my elders again. Any consideration would be greatly appreciated.
