I was raised by a handicapped single mum and by the age of 13, I started taking care of her. I developed interest in becoming a source of hope to those who need to be cared for due to some sort of impairment, or are in a vegetative state. I gain personal satisfaction and fulfillment by being a Caregiver. I enjoy the noticeable physical and emotional changes I bring upon those I care for as I remind them of their self-worth. Moved by my desire to reach out to more people, I have substantiated my caregiver skills by completing a Nursing Assistant training program from an accredited institution. I am a Certified Nursing Assistant also pursuing an Associates in Nursing. I am proud of these, and my caregiver experience. I am an ambitious 21 year old lady and I believe that my job is only considered done when my client is satisfied.
