My name is James Griffith, I am 25 years old. New to El Paso but so far I love it here. I was a caregiver back in Colorado Springs I worked 2nd and 3rd shift. 2nd shift was Assisted Living then 3rd shift was a mix of over night calls from assisted living and Memory care. I had gotten into caregiving because my Mom was actually a Nurses Assistant at the facility I ended up working at. What I enjoy most about being a Caregiver is building a relationship with all the people I help. That trust and bond that is built is always the goal. My greatest achievement as a caregiver is knowing there's nothing more rewarding then doing the job right.
