Why? Because I care, and am blessed to be able to. Here's how it happened: I became a caregiver first when Grandmother was diagnosed with cancer. Moved in with him for 3 months until he died. Also my Grandmother and Mom runs a independent business taking care of people who cant. Just growing up seeing how caring and passionate they were, And that is what leads me to want and continue senior care. Most people think just because i am young that i am selfish like everybody else. I Worked helping my mom and grandmother a;; through high school. I started working Independently a year and a half ago. what i LOVE the most about being a caregiver is the Amazing Freaky Crazy Stories that is shared with me. Most of the time elderly people honestly just want someone to talk to. But most of all the knowledge that is given that no professor or Big book and give you. The personal achievement that i am proud of is learning to NOT be selfish and see that there is bigger and better things that you can do that helps you grow as a person and also helping someone else. I have the personality of a rockstar i am a very cheerful person outgoing and hardworking and the most of all i am caring and trustworthy.
