I beame a care giver because there was a desire placed in my heart. by good to undertake the ministry of caring for others no matter the need. What I like the most about being a caregiver is the ability to bond with a person a give them the personalized care that each one of us wihes for if placed in the same postion , I have learned over the years that each is another opportunity to make a difference in a life that is outside of your family feels wonderful. Going back to school to obtain my Associate degree in Arts is something of a achievement but wsticking to it a gaining a Bachelor's degree in social services is my ultimate goal ; I have taking Spanish for 3 semesters and will continue studying this for my minor. To me its only fair that I learn another language because there are other culture's living here. My name is Brenda Parris as you probably have figure out I'm attaching college at TCC this is my last semester before graduation. I have four children all grown and four grand children. I have been in health care for over 20 years. I have worked in regular home care and hospice care. I'looking forward to meeting you all.
