I started my career as a caregiver in a nursing home and that is where I received my CNA license. I knew at that time being a caregiver was definitely my calling. I went on to get my medical assistant certifications and LVN degree through Harris Hospital. I have worked as a caregiver for 15 years and would never do anything else. Working with seniors is so rewarding to me and I have worked with dementia through ALS patients and treat all of my patients as if they were my own family. I went on to get my MA certification as well as my LVN license through Harris Hospital. It takes a very special person to be a caregiver and I knew it was my calling. I have met some of the most beautiful and interesting people through the years. I have very good references and a great background check which is very important to me when doing home health care.
