I became a care giver for my grandfather . In his last weeks here with us I was the only one he would let help or do anything with and I saw how hard his caregivers worked to try and keep him happy even though he would just yell and scream at them I saw the strength that they had to help my family grieve with the fact that we are loseing him or that he needed more help than normal I wanted to be one of those people that helped familys loved ones try and carry on with there lives as normal as possible or help them through there last days . I love being a caregiver I love being the one person that they know will be there for them at all times and the smile on there faces when u have worked with them and taught them a new way to do something that they have known how to do for years but cant because there lost there mobility to do it that way so we work to try and show them a different way and man when they get it that smile melts my heart
