I am a current student at the Baylor University Nursing School here in Dallas looking to expand my care into the community. I have worked with top-notch nurses at Medical City Dallas, Terrell State Hospital, and Medical City Dallas, and have had hands-on experience with medication administration, psychological and medical disease processes, palliative and post-op care, etc. I have one year left of nursing school and have finished all of my basic coursework including gerontology, which I hope to specialize in. I am very passionate about the elderly. I am currently first aid, CPR, and AED certified, and I qualify to work as a nurse technician. I grew up caring for my father who has Multiple Sclerosis -- my inspiration for pursuing nursing. I also have my own car, am a non-smoker, and am comfortable with any pets if need be. I look forward to the opportunities that lie ahead of me in this field!
