My name is Beth. Im 39 yo & the mother to 2 boys (21 & 10). Throughout my life I have been referred to as an "old soul", often relating to & befriending folks a few years older than myself . I have always cherished what their generation has to share & what they've given to us. Listening to folks recall their past & share advice is honestly the most rewarding bonus for what I do! I truly believe caring & assisting folks with disease, in hospice, or with whatever issue they may be up against, is what I was called to do. I have over 16 years of experience, mostly with seniors & working with Dementia/Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, & terminal illness. I assist my clients by providing companionship & help w/ bathing, dressing, meal prep, laundry, house keeping, dishes, meds, appts, shopping, transportation, scheduling, keeping care logs, & any other daily needs. I have experience working w/ the Hoyer lift & wheelchair (both manual & electric). I do my best to get clients up & around, keeping their blood flowing and muscles strong. I believe that getting fresh air & staying social is a great way to keep healthy! Patience is also key to their stability & maintaining a successful level of their trust.
