About Angelica

My friends and family call me Angie. I am 52 years of age and I am the youngest of 13 children. I have 6 older brothers and 6 older sisters. I am from the Philippines and live in the United States for 35 years. I obtained my college and post college degree here in Houston Texas. I have a Bachelors Degree in Social Science and a Masters Degree in Business Administration - Human Resources. I am married, no children but have 4 adorable cats: Ming-Ming, Blackie, Boo-Boo and Baby. My husband and I enjoy traveling locally and internationally. Since my husband retired 5 years ago, on December 2021, I decided to leave my full- time job as a Regional Recruiter for a Security Company and work part time as a Caregiver. Why did I choose to become a Caregiver and not continue working part time in a Corporate America? I chose to become a Caregiver because it brings me joy to help and serve elderly people. It reminds me when I was taking care of my mother before she passed away in 2019 at the age of 96. All of us siblings, specially us 7 sisters took really good care of our mother. Friends and relatives always tell us how lucky our mother was to have all her daughters took care of her. I am professional, caring and honest person. I enjoy talking and helping my clients with their needs. I am grateful that I was able to take care of my mother for a long period of time before she passed away.
