I worked as a medical technician --a position called mental health counselor in an eating disorder clinic. I worked for psychiatric service doing home health for patient who were discharge from local hospitals with medical conditions and suffered major depression due to decline in health . I wrote treatment plans and conducted weekly visits after the RN or NP completed there treatment for the medical conditions. I also worked as life skills trainer for individual will disabilities--life skills trainer in the homes. I worked also for home health medical agencies performing caregiver services. Bathing, cooking, cleaning , giving medications, and scheduling times for exercise. I worked a short time in hospice and did some work with two family member in home hospice.
