Assist or administers medications to residents Maintains a clean and orderly med cart and med room at all times Maintains all required documentation in compliance with physician orders, company policy, and State regulations. Maintains records of medications released, current medications, controlled drugs, completed forms and communication notes. Observes and communicates residents physical and mental/emotional status, illnesses and injuries, hospital visits, staff call-ins/problems and performance of resident care tasks, implementation of the weekend activity, building emergencies and safety hazards.
