No smoking Previous clients: Private Client - DR. and His Wife ( 2012 - 2014 ) CNA/Caregiver Houston, TX I cared for husband and wife, Alzheimer client and gastronomy feeding tube case. Skill applied- Bed bathing, shower, brush teeth, pericare, shampoo and do all personal grooming for both client and dressing them. Prepare meals, feeding them, monitor fluids intakes and outputs, give medication and took vital signs. Transfer from bed to wheelchair and to the car, turning every two hours, drive them to Dr.'s appoints, dinning out and to visit families. Other Clients under the agent: Evergreen Private Care ( 2009 - 2015 ) CNA/Caregiver Different Homes in Houston Preparing meals for the client and light cleaning. Taking vital signs, assisting/reminding to take medication, giving breathing treatment, sanitizing and changing tubes as required. Assist in shower and dressing, change linen and do laundry, keep client bedroom clean and taking trash out. Drive clients to Dr.'s appointments, dinning, visiting families and do groceries for them.
