I had an uncle that needed help and at the time i was not working,so i figure i would help him and plus see if i would be any good at it. The agency hired me and then i relized that i liked doing the job plus helping those who could not help themself's, so from then on that's what i decided to do help other's.(2) The experience you get out of helping other's and that you may be making a difference in someone's life.(3) I'm proud to know that when someone told me that they just wanted to give up because they didn't care about them any longer and didn't want to get out of bed my greatest achievement was to know that i was that person to let them know that there is someone out here that cares and want to see they get out of the bed and join us out here and that someone was myself.I'm my own cheerleader. I believe in giving an helping hand to those that need's it. I dont mind helping my co worker's and other's that may need me very outgoing like to learn more as i go with my job dependable reliable and willing to go far and beyond with learning.
