Being a caregiver for seventeen years and interacting with different personalities, I have become more patient and understanding to each client's different needs, I am punctual, flexible, reliable, and diligent and perform my duties to the best of my ability. I know when to empathize with my client. I have previous experiences with operating a Hoyer lift, transferring client to wheel chair, accompanying clients to doctors, making appointments, doing light house cleaning, assisting with showers, medication reminders, and preparing and serving light meals. I became a caregiver because I believed I could make a difference in assisting seniors to maintain their independence for as long as they could do so. I feel a sense of satisfaction at the end of the day. My objective is to meet my clients' needs and assist them in being comfortable. I have acquired my CNA license and working towards my CPR and First Aid certification.
