So I've been working in food service for 7 years, and looking through my resume that's what you find on paper. My mom has Huntington's Disease, and I've been helping my mom everytime I see her since I was in high school, I can pick her up when she falls she weighs (180-190lbs) I clean, cook, bathe, wipe, even time her while she eats so she doesn't vomit. Good thing about me is I love cooking and I love cleaning (it's easier when it's not your own place;) I usually just put on some music and it's pretty meditative. I also can cook good gluten free and dairy free food I worked at a vegetarian restaurant in Austin.
