I am a very caring and happy person who loves to help people. I became a caregiver because my mother was ill and I took care of her till she went home to our heavenly father. I knew we needed to be sure she had the best care and that she wasn't alone. I take care of them like they are family. Seeing them thrive and happy is what I enjoy the most. Personal achievement is when you're their for them to tend to their own special needs. You have a bond with them and remember conversations when they wished they would recover and be independent again and no longer need us to care for them. This gives me joy to see them happy.
